A is a lovely medal which sadly has had a bit of a hard life.
The naming: T. ROBERTS 1st Dgns, although partially readable and fully identifiable to this soldier, has been extensively removed.

The naming is fully identifiable ... Most of the 'T' remaining, All of the 'R' remaining, Lower part of 'O' just disernable. Lower portion of 'B' visible , Lower part of 'E visible, lower part of 'R'' visible , upper right crossbar of 'T' readable , Lower half of 'S' readable. 1 readable ('s' missing) 'T' Readable. 'Dgns' all four letters readable .....
Thus, basically ....T. R( )BERTS . 1( )t Dgns.
A couple of edge bumps but overall an attractive and rare VF+ medal. Uncleaned with original tone.
Without the naming problems this is an £1100 medal
