1914 Star & Bar. R.A.M.C. & 1/4th Royal Sussex Regt. K.I.A. ROZY RIDGE. 1914 Star & Bar. R.A.M.C. & 1/4th Royal Sussex Regt. K.I.A. ROZY RIDGE. An interesting single 1914 star and clasp to a man who clearly transfered from the medics to a line regiment. He was Killed In Action on 29th July 1918 during the 2nd Battle of The Marne during support of the French counter attack at 'Grand Rozy Ridge' near Soissons.

 

1914 Star & Bar. R.A.M.C. & 1/4th Royal Sussex Regt. K.I.A. ROZY RIDGE. Commemorated with honour at Soissons Memorial, Aisne, France.
