H.M.C.S. RAINBOW. Charles UNDERHILL was born on 13th April 1895 and was serving as “Training Ship Boy” His full service papers are apparently available from the Canadian National Archive upon application.
He was ONE OF ONLY 350 Royal Canadian Navy Sailors serving in one of only two military ships in 1914.
An exceedingly rare item for which we cannot find any previous records of any sales. We think this should be a “Must Have” item for any serious Canadian collector.
