To: & ERNEST JOHN DAVIS, 2/4th K.O.Y.L.I. K.I.A.  (27/11/17) & elder brother EDWARD CHARLES DAVIS,  2/4th EAST LANCS REGt. K.I.A. (21.3.18). The plaques come with two individual private Christmas cards from each brother to the family sent in 1914 & 1916.
Also a green (“impervious to water”) dog tag to Edward C Davis.


Both men were the sons of John & Rose Davis of 28, Industrial Street, Horbury Junction, WAKEFIELD, Yorkshire.

NOTE
