A superb and very rare group of medals to the much sought after Naval Brigade. Very few 'GAMBIA' clasp Africa General Service medals were awarded to Naval recipients (only 29 to HMS FORTE) These were only given to Officers, Petty Officers and Seamen who were UNDER FIRE in the action at DUMBUTU 11th January 1901.
