Andrew Moules was born on 21st June 1880 in Gorleston, Norfolk.
He joined the Royal Navy on 8th August 1901 aged 21 having previously served his apprenticeship time as a Fitter & Turner.
He served in the following ships:
1912 H.M.S. HIGHFLYER (Cruiser)
1913/14 H.M.S. EXMOUTH (Battleship)
1915. H.M.T.B. 28 (Torpedo Boat) "M.I.D."
1917. H.M.S. DWARF (Gun Boat)
1920. H.M.S. DUNDALK (Devonport) paid off 13/7/19
1921/23. H.M.S. MALCOLM ( Flotilla Leader)
Andrew Moules also served as a LtCdr up to at least 1939 in WW2.
