Thomas William Prince was born on 26th September 1897.
He joined the Royal Navy at Devonport on 14th April 1913 at age 16 as Boy 2nd Class. He is seen joining the man's service on 26th September 1915 (On his 18th Birthday). Prior to joining he had been an egg tester and packer.
In a career spanning over 33 years he served in two world wars and took part in THE BATTLE OF JUTLAND aboard HMS CONQUEROR in The Great War. HMS CONQUEROR as she appeared at Jultand. He was awarded his LSGC in December 1930.
His WW2 service stars include the Atlantic (F&G) Africa, and Italy, the award of which was probably earned by taking part in the allied Italian landings. He served on convoy duty in the Mediterranean and was at sea in support of the allied landings on D-Day, 6th June 1944.
The 1914-15 trio is Polished Fine + and was well loved by a proud Jutland sailor. The LSGC is VF+ with the WW2 medals being practically mint.

All are swing & bar mounted and as worn by the proud recipient.
