The 1940 DFC, a sheer legend in RAF medal circles, is all but unobtainable in its own right as the vast majority of the small number of awards for 1940 are, and will forever be covetously guarded by the families of the often famous recipients.
It is therefore with much honour that we here list what is frankly an almost unrepeatable Battle of Britain group.
This 'genuine' example of the 'Battle of Britain' clasp is perhaps the singly most sought after 'spare' in the entire WW2 medal series.
The Aircrew Europe Star, also extensively forged is an ORIGINAL fresh 'Mint State' example on its original silk WW2 ribbon.
