War & Victory Medals + French Croix de Guerre. To: Doctor in French Red Cross

An unusual WWI pair and Croix de Guerre (and Star) to an English Medical Doctor working with the French Red Cross.

This trio comes with the lid from the War and Victory medal box of issue and very unusually the original box for the Croix de Guerre, with star and a ribbon tape and  star. (I can't remember ever having seen another original C de G box !) Also included is a Royal Life Saving Society medal engraved  G.O. BOLT AUG 1940 .
