[BIOGRAPHY]
Charles Castle was born in 1874 and was an 18 year old Cowman from Henley-on-Thames prior to enlistment on 11th April 1892. A small man of only 5ft 4" he had grey eyes & brown hair with a large scar over his left eye from a previous injury. During his army career he served in Bermuda, Halifax Nova Scotia, The West Indies & South Africa for a period of exactly 12 years up until his time discharge age 30 in 1904.

With Full Service Papers. Medals are Virtually Mint State on original issue ribbons, with very minor edge nicks on the lower reverse rim of the QSA.
