This is one of the best documented lots I've ever had the pleasure to offer. ( some 200 documents and photos ) Group photo showing a Boer War group of NCO's including William Howard. Also his Commission Scroll. There is also an entire album of pre-WW2 photographs with private views of Palestine and the Holy Land. Also included are several photo ID cards of the late Major WML Howard and some historically important and interesting personal pre-war and WW2 passes and safe conducts etc. Major Howard who was only 5ft 3" and was a keen sportsman, died in 2009 aged 97 !
