An unusual and highly collectable South African group of five.
Stanley Alfred Falecki was originally called "Stanislas" Falecki and was known in the Natal Police as 'Alfred' and he appears on the roll as such. 
He served in the Natal Police from 1908 'till 1916 when he joined the 2nd South African Mounted Rifles (Star) ..He is then seen on his S.A.E.F. Attestation papers joining the 1st S.A.I. at Pretoria on 16th May 1918. He clearly then moved from the 1st to the 2nd Bn (pair) from which he was discharged on 10th July 1919 upon demobilisation after serving One Year and 56 days.

Includes family military papers for his father and brother.

The Falecki's were based in the UK in Clapham, London.
